Abstract

This article aims to show the reasons that limit the ability to achieve high performance in the servers of the Provincial Municipality of San Román. It seeks to determine the relationship between human talent management and job performance. A non-experimental transactional correlational quantitative approach was used, in which an opinion survey was applied to 200 administrative staff in March and April 2018. The dimensions used are the selection of personnel whose objective is to hire the more suitable for the job. As well as personnel training, each individual needs an update and adaptation to technological changes; in addition to the quality of work, the environments must be adapted to improve their professional development by applying teamwork to respond effectively to the needs of the Username. A moderate positive relationship (0.640) was determined between the selection of personnel and the quality of work. Therefore, it can be stated that there is a moderate positive correlation between the choice of personnel and the quality of work. Regarding training and quality of work, there is a high positive relationship (0.756) between personnel training and quality of work. Therefore, it can be stated that there is a high positive correlation between the selection of personnel and the quality of work. The level of influence of human talent management on the work performance of the staff is highly significant.
