Abstract

The objective was to determine how the human resources administration influences the quality of service to the public in the Municipality of Usicayos Carabaya during the 2017 period. Public and also proposed improvement strategies to strengthen the weaknesses found. The descriptive method was used, for which the survey, interview, and document review data collection techniques were carried out. Then the data was analyzed and interpreted. It was found that there is no personnel selection process, there is no training, and the salaries are meager. This influences the quality of the service, leading to the inefficiency of the human resources administration. It is concluded that the administration of human resources inefficiently affects the quality of service in customer service.
